Welcome to Dezign Experts. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Dezign Experts has a 24-72 hour turnaround time for most design services. This is not the complete time frame used to finish the project, only the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design change, depending on the size of the project. The time required for revisions would also take a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours (depending on scope). For example, Logo/Website orders placed or revisions requested on a Saturday will be delivered by Wednesday. Orders or revisions requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of Tuesday.
We assure the finished design and keep revising it until you are 100% satisfied (depending upon your paid package).
At Dezign Experts, we guarantee that all of our customised logos/websites are made from scratch. You may use your logo/website/marketing materials for any business requirements. We guarantee that your logo/website will be unique and improve your clientele.
Dezign Experts will not be responsible for creating or populating content (text, images or product details) into the website unless previously agreed. The client's approved content and project information is used to complete the project as scoped. We are not responsible for any similarities between images and/or content and other websites.
Dezign Experts does not share confidential information regarding your project or contract details with anyone. The client's personal and project information is kept confidential at all times. Once the project is completed successfully, both parties agree not to maliciously defame or disparage the other with respect to reviews after project completion.
Our customer support team is available Monday – Friday, during standard business hours. All other queries will be addressed the following business day. We also offer priority customer support for urgent matters (depending on your purchased package).
Dezign Experts is primarily a design service provider. We provide basic information and technical assistance for most projects delivered, including website deployment, hosting setup, and CMS usage. There is no ongoing service level agreement unless a separate maintenance plan has been purchased.
All feedback, revisions, refund requests, or project-related instructions must be submitted through the official Project/Client account portal or our official email address, info@dezignexperts.com. We are not responsible for communications made through unofficial channels.
All design order files are delivered to your account once payment has been received in full and the project is completed. If the client requests changes within the agreed revision period, additional revisions outside this scope may be available for an additional fee.
We maintain records of your finished designs; you may request your final files again in the future, and we will provide them upon request.
To claim a refund, contact your Project Manager via:
Refund requests must be made within an agreed period of order placement to be considered. An administrative fee may apply to approved refunds, at the discretion of management and assessed on a case-by-case basis. After a refund is processed, you will no longer have rights to any designs already provided.
Services such as copyright protection, hosting, SSL, domain purchase, and social media advertising spend are not eligible for refunds once purchased. Partial refunds may be offered at management's discretion for non-covered services.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
